LIBRARY/MEDIA ROOM PAVILION:

This separate pavilion is located on the lower slope of the property and looks out on one side to a 50-foot salt-water solar heated lap pool. The other side of the room has a 16 foot teak desk with two workstations wired for the latest in electronic and digital gadgetry. A sixteen-foot wide window above the desks opens to a jungle of tropical foliage and massive tree trunks, one of which magically finds it way through a specially built opening in the roof overhang. Bookcases and file cabinets line two sides of the room. There is seating for ten and a home theater wired to a sophisticated sound system.  A refrigerator and wet bar provides easy access to snacks.  The bathroom is accessed by a covered walkway.
